How soon can I start working?

Current job openings and availability change on a daily basis. Once you have completed our application process, you will be considered based on the preferences you noted and the skills you possess. We will be in touch when matching positions are available.

What is involved in the application process?

To begin the application process, you will be asked to provide complete work history information, preference of shift, type of work you are seeking and your preferred work location.

After the application is complete, you will be interviewed by a staffing manager on phone. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what vocational skills you have and what you are looking for in your next position. The staffing manager will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.

Zenex Partners performs reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by our applicants. Once this process is completed, you will be offered a job based on all the factors of your interview process and the requirements of the open job.

How often should I contact your office after an interview?

When I am on assignment with a Zenex Partners client, who is my employer?

Regardless of which Zenex client you do work for, Zenex is your legal employer. You can contact us with any questions or needs.

How long does an assignment last?

Assignments may range in length from a few hours to an indefinite period.

What is the policy if I'm unable to report to work or will be in late?

Contact Zenex as soon as possible if you will be tardy or unable to report to work. We have a 24-hour service so you can reach us any time, day or night.

What should I do if I am injured while on assignment?

In case of an accident when you are on the job, notify your supervisor and Zenex Partners as soon as possible! Zenex will direct you to the preferred medical facility if medical treatment is needed. An accident report must be completed within 24 hours of the incident. Failure to comply may mean delayed or nonpayment of workers' compensation benefits.
